Staff Selection Commission Combined Higher Secondary Level (10+2) Examination is conducted by Staff Selection Commission. Passed the 12th standard or an equivalent examination from a recognised board or university on the cut-off date stated in the notification.
For the Data Entry Operator post in the Office of the Comptroller and Auditor General of India, candidates must have passed the 12th standard in the Science stream with Mathematics as a subject. A graduate degree is not required for any CHSL post.

Complete One-Time Registration (OTR) on ssc.gov.in
Register once with your name, date of birth and contact details, and keep the registration number and password for all SSC exams.
Fill the CHSL application form
Log in, open the CHSL notice, complete the form and upload the photograph and signature to the stated specifications.
Pay the fee and submit
Pay online where applicable or claim the exemption, then submit and save the printout and receipt.

No. A 12th-standard pass is the minimum qualification. Graduates may also apply, but there is no advantage from the higher qualification, since the eligibility bar is the 12th.
No. The skill or typing test is qualifying only. You must meet the required speed to be selected, but it does not add to your Tier II score.
In Tier I, 0.50 marks are deducted for each wrong answer, out of the two marks a question carries. In Tier II, 1 mark is deducted per wrong answer in the scored sections.
