Corrections get priority. If something on this site is wrong, we want to hear about it before your exam does.
Write to examtrackprep@gmail.com. One person reads this inbox, so a specific subject line helps.
Reporting an error
Please include, where you can:
- the page address
- the specific line or figure that looks wrong
- a link to the official notification or page that contradicts it
Factual corrections to exam dates, fees and eligibility are treated as urgent, since people make decisions with real deadlines based on them. When we correct a page we also update its verification date so the change is visible.
Reporting a wrong answer key
If you think a mock test answer or solution is wrong, send the test name and the question number. If you are right, we fix the question and the explanation. Disputed answers get a note explaining the reasoning rather than a silent edit.
Content and copyright
All questions and explanations on this site are written in-house. If you believe any material here infringes your copyright, email us with details of the work and we will review and remove it promptly if the claim holds.
Advertising and partnerships
Advertising is served through Google AdSense. We do not accept paid guest posts, paid links, or sponsored content dressed up as editorial, because that is exactly the thing that makes exam-prep sites untrustworthy.
Response time
Corrections are usually actioned within a working day. Other queries may take longer.
Before you write in
- We cannot tell you your result, admit card status or application status. Only the conducting body can, through its own portal.
- We cannot predict cut-offs, and we would rather publish nothing than a guess. Ourpaper analysispages link you to the conducting body's own scorecard and result portal, where the real figures are published.
- We do not sell question papers or provide any material that is not free on this site.
