NABARD Recruitment of Office Attendant in Subordinate Service — Advertisement No. 03/Office Attendant/2024-25 is conducted by National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development. Selection runs through 2 stages: Online Examination, Language Proficiency Test.

  1. Apply to a NABARD office in a state where you are domiciled and have passed Class 10 from a board in that state.
  2. Take the 120-mark online test, which decides the merit list subject to sectional and total cut-offs.
  3. Pass the mandatory Language Proficiency Test in the official language of the state applied to.
  4. Complete document verification, medical fitness checks and biometric enrolment.
  5. There is no interview. Final appointment follows state-wise merit, LPT qualification and verification.

Educational qualification

Open toClass 10 pass

A pass in 10th Standard (SSC or Matriculation) from a board in the state or union territory to which the candidate applies.

Candidates must be domiciles of the state or UT they apply to and must not be undergraduates as on 1 October 2024 — graduates are ineligible. Ex-servicemen need at least a 10th pass and must not have graduated outside the Armed Forces. Proficiency in the official language of the state is tested separately at the Language Proficiency Test.

  1. Confirm domicile and qualification bar

    You need a Class 10 pass from the state you apply to, domicile of that state, and must not be a graduate. Read these clauses before paying the fee.

  2. Register on the NABARD careers portal

    Applications for Advertisement 03/Office Attendant/2024-25 were submitted only through nabard.org during the notified window.

  3. Choose your state and office

    Vacancies are state-specific. Select the Regional Office matching your domicile and ensure you meet the local-language requirement.

  4. Upload photograph and signature

    Follow the scanning guidelines in the advertisement for file size and format.

  5. Pay the fee and save the receipt

    Pay online and download the e-receipt and application printout.

How to prepare for NABARD Office Attendant

Can a graduate apply for NABARD Office Attendant?

No. Advertisement 03/Office Attendant/2024-25 explicitly barred undergraduates as on 1 October 2024. The post is intended for candidates with school-level qualifications only.

Is domicile mandatory?

Yes. You must be a domicile of the state or UT you apply to and must have passed Class 10 from a board in that state, unless applying under the all-India unreserved quota where notified.

Is there an interview?

No. Selection is by the online test and a qualifying Language Proficiency Test, followed by document verification and medical checks.
