Passed the Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC / Class 12) examination from a recognised board. For Police Constable (Driver) posts, a valid Light Motor Vehicle or Heavy Motor Vehicle driving licence is additionally required.
Minimum education is Class 12 for all advertised constable and allied posts in this bharti. Driver posts need a valid LMV/HMV licence in the candidate's name. One-time age relaxation was granted to candidates who were over-age in the 2022 or 2023 recruitment cycles, as stated in the GR.

Register and apply online
Create a login on the official recruitment portal, select the post (constable, driver, SRPF, jail or bandsman), fill the form and upload photograph, signature and supporting documents.
Pay the application fee and submit
Pay Rs 450 (open category) or Rs 350 (reserved/backward category) online, submit the application and save the confirmation printout.
Pay is under the Maharashtra state pay matrix (S-8 / Level 3 band cited in the bharti). Confirm the exact cell and allowances from the GR or appointment order.

Two scored stages totalling 150 marks: PET/PST for 50 marks (minimum 50% to qualify) and a 100-mark written OMR test in Marathi (minimum 40% to qualify), followed by verification and medical tests.
