Each letter moves forward by two places. F+2=H, R+2=T, I+2=K, E+2=G, N+2=P, D+2=F gives HTKGPF. Applying +2 to CANDLE: C+2=E, A+2=C, N+2=P, D+2=F, L+2=N, E+2=G, which is ECPFNG.
