  1. Register on the BPSC online portal

    Open bpsc.bihar.gov.in, complete one-time registration with your personal and educational details, and keep the credentials safe.

  2. Fill the TRE 4.0 application

    Choose the level, subject and category you are eligible for, enter your CTET/STET and qualification details, and upload the photograph and signature to specification.

  3. Pay the fee and submit

    Pay the application fee online before the deadline, submit the form and save the printout and payment receipt.

How to prepare for BPSC TRE 4.0

  • Merit comes from General Studies and the concerned subject, so build those first; the Language paper only needs to be cleared, not maximised.
  • For General Studies, keep a running note of current affairs with a Bihar focus alongside national and international events, plus the standard history, geography, polity and economy core.
  • Revise the concerned subject to the depth of the level you are applying for, and add teaching aptitude and the school curriculum for that level.
  • Because the Language paper is qualifying, do a few timed practice papers so you comfortably clear its cut-off without over-investing time.
