Solution

Rahul is twelfth from the left, so Sneha, seven places to his right, is nineteenth from the left. Forgetting the plus one is the standard error and produces 21, which is offered as an option. The check is that the two positions must sum to one more than the total, and 19 plus 22 is 41.
