Passed the matriculation (Class 10) examination from a recognised board. Trade-wise practical competence is assessed in the trade test for posts such as Cook, Barber, Washerman, Sweeper, Tailor, Cobbler, Carpenter, Electrician, Mali, Welder, Charge Mechanic and Motor Pump Attendant.
Age is 18 to 23 years as on 01 August 2025. Vacancies are filled on a regional (recruitment-sector) basis. About 10% of posts are reserved for female candidates where not filled, reallocated to male candidates.
